Ehab first spoke with me about the thought of Foodfolio a few months ago, his love and passion for food was infectious.

We know Foodfolio is going to be great and can not wait to see how everyone uses it.

Mine is for the summertime. Rose with this meal:
-spinach salad with heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella di buffala, watermelon, balsamic vinaigrette.
-salmon pasta with a red sauce.

I think that if the iPad had come out a few years ago and the iPhone were just being introduced this week, it would be touted as "A revolutionary new device that has all of the power of the iPad but in a compact, easy to carry form! Plus, it's a phone!!"
